    Thirty minutes with the person who would be your lead, mostly about what you have already built.

    A real problem from our own backlog, worked through together. No puzzles, no timed tests.

    Offer and start

    Terms, notice period and a start date, with a plan for your first month already written.

Applying to Mediquity

Where are Mediquity roles based?
At the company office in Rohit Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Engineering, implementation and support teams all work from that one building.
Do I need healthcare experience to apply?
No. Roughly 60 people on the team come from health BPOs, hospital operations and diagnostics, and that domain knowledge is taught on the job to engineers who arrive without it. What is not optional is caring whether the software gets used.
How do I apply for a role?
Use the application form on this page. Pick the role, fill in your details and attach a CV as a PDF or Word document. Applications are read by a person, not filtered by a keyword match.
Can I apply if no open role matches my profile?
Yes. Submit the form with the closest role selected and say in the message what you would want to work on. The team keeps applications on file and revisits them when a role opens.
